Holiday rental as a house at $200.00 per night and $25.00 for each extra person per night.

All tariffs are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include 15% Goods and Service Tax.

Booking Procedure

We ask for a 25% deposit or a current credit card number with expiry date to secure a reservation.

Cancellation Policy

If we are unable to replace a cancelled reservation the following applies:

25% of the total cost will be charged if a booking is cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival. Should cancellation be made within 7 days, there will be a 100% surcharge for the room nights cancelled. We strongly advise guests to have travel insurance to protect themselves against unexpected changes to their travel plans.
